In order to further implement the general requirements of party history learning and education of the Party Central Committee of "Learning Party History, Understanding Ideas, Doing Practical Work, Opening New Ground", Begood party organizes guide all employees to learn red classics, gather red power, improve political literacy, and strengthen business capabilities. On May 15, 2021, the company’s party organization combined with the IT sales department to carry out the team building activity with the theme of “Go Straight Forward with No Regret to Time”, and carry out the activities of the secretary to send the party class to the grass-roots level. A total of more than 40 staffs participated in this activity, and the company’s party organization secretary, Mr. Wo Gang, gave a lecture.
During the team building, Mr. Wo Gang taught the theme of the development of the Communist Party of China, including the importance of learning from the history of the party, the context and development of the party, the centennial history of the founding of the party, reviewing important meetings and the glorious chapters. Mr. Wo Gang described the development history of the Communist Party of China in detail, so that the staffs had a clearer and more comprehensive understanding of the development history and brilliant achievements of the Party.
In order to further transform the learning effect of party history into the motivation to do practical work, and to ensure the successful completion of the annual economic indicators, Mr. Wo Gang led various departments to summarize and analyze the IT industry operation in the 1st quarter of 2021, the results were fully affirmed. In view of the existing problems, the organized a discussion to explored solutions and arranged the key tasks of the next stage.
After the team building, the staffs said that through this team building, they have a deeper understanding of the party’s centuries of glorious struggle history, and are deeply inspired by the red power, it further strengthened the "Four Self-confidences" and enhanced the "Four Consciousnesses", and expressed that in the future work and life, they will resolutely achieve the "Two Safeguards", and always ideologically and politically act with Party Central Committee which take Mr. Xi Jinping as the leadship core in a high degree of consistency, also they will actively contribute to the company's annual performance. In the future, the company will carry out a series of party history learning and education activities based on the characteristics of each department respectively.
