BGV7600 self-propelled cargo & vehicle inspection system adopts Betatron and equips a vehicle wheel system that can walk on ordinary roads of the inspection area in a range of short distance by itself. Based on the relocatable cargo & vehicle inspection system, to improve the inspection efficiency and accuracy, CGN Begood has redesigned many of its mechanical structures, such as changing the ground rail power system to the vehicle wheel power system, which reduces the occupied space requirement and increases the range of movement. The introduction of the wheel system not only reduces the workload of civil work but also enables the system to have a small-angle deflection inspection function. For imaging images with more overlapping areas, this function can be used to scan the vehicle under inspection again to obtain images from different angles, which is more conducive to improving the staff’s inspection efficiency of suspected items. The system has two working modes: drive-through mode and mobile scanning mode, and the mobile scanning mode is powered by the built-in vehicle wheel power system. The system adopted a self-shield design, no need to construct a shield wall, and less civil work is required.
The system occupies a small area and is suitable for cargo vehicles transmission imaging inspection in inspection sites with insufficient areas.
